Kumari, daughter of Thakore Sahib Jayendra Sinhji of Kathiwada, and has issue.

    November 1988
    at Simla
    (div.), Rajkumari Meenakshi Kumari, born 27th June 1966 at Simla,
    daughter
    of Raja Virbhadra Singh of Rampur-Bushahr,
    married 2ndly, 2003, Yuvarani Priya Kumari, and has issue.

PREDECESSORS AND SHORT HISTORY: This
is a
Second Class state founded about 1500. Succession to the gaddi
is governed by the law of primogeniture. The Thakore Saheb maintains a
military force of 35 cavalry, 174 infantry and 28 guns (as of 1892).

    K.C.I.E., Thakore Sahib of Limbdi
    1862/1907, born
    23rd May
    1859 (#1),
    he succeeded to the gadi as a
    minor on 30th January 1862, educated at
    Rajkumar
    College, Rajkot; installed as ruler on 1st August 1877, he was
    appointed an M.L.C. of Bombay in 1884; he was selected in 1887 as one
    of the representatives of the Princes of Western India to present their
    loyal congratulations to the Queen Empress on the auspicious occasion
    of the Jubilee of Her Majesty’s reign, and on that occasion he had the
    honour of receiving from the Empress in person the insignia of a Knight
    Commander of the Most Eminent Order of the Indian Empire (K.C.I.E.); he
    is entitled to a salute of 9 guns (1892). He
    died sp in April 1907.

    Sir DAULATSINHJI JASHWANTSINHJI
    , Thakore Sahib of Limbdi
    1907/1940,
    born 11th July 1868 as Kumar Shri Dadbha
    Muluji of a collateral line, installed on the gaddi on 14th
    April 1908,
    K.C.I.E. [cr.1921], represented India at the opening of the Federal
    Parliament in Australia in 1901; died 30th September 1940, married with
    issue.

    • HH Thakore Sahib Shri Digvijaysinhji Daulatsinhji (qv)
    • Kumar Shri Ghanshyamsinhji Daulatsinhji, born 23rd
      October 1902 in Limbdi, Gujarat; he was an Indian first class
      cricketer, who played for Western India; he was selected as
      vice-captain of India’s tour of England in 1932. He died 10th November
      1964 in Bhavnagar,
      Gujarat.
    • HH Maharani Rupaliba Sahiba, married 5th February 1920,
      Lt.-Col. HH Maharaja Rana Saheb Shri Sir Natwarsinhji Bhavsinhji of Porbandar. She died sp 1943.

    DIGVIJAYSINHJI DAULATSINHJI
    , Thakore Sahib of Limbdi 1940/1941,
    born 10th
    April
    1896, married 1stly 1910, Kunwari Shri Nandkunwarba, the only daughter
    of HH Maharaja Sir Kesri Singhji of Idar,
    married 2ndly, (name unknown),
    and had issue. He
    died
    6th January 1941.

      Thakorani Nandkunwarba), born 12th
      March 1917, died vp(spm?) before 1941.

      • Wing Cdr. Rajkumar Jayvantsinhji Pratapsinhji,
        born January 1927 in Porbandar, educated at the Doon School, Dehra Dun
        (Class of 1945), a Fighter Pilot (GDP) serving with the
        Indian Air Force (Wing Commander 1947 to 1969), married August
        1952 in Poona, Kauverani Indira Singh, and has issue. He died December
        2003 in the U.S.A.

          Bombay, educated at the Doon School, Dehra Dun (Class of 1969), M.S.
