Borachaoba Singh, the eldest son, he made an attempt to take the throne
in 1886, but failed and was captured and exiled to Hazaribagh, along
with his two brothers and a son.

Shyamasakhi, married (b), Maharani Dhanamanjuri Devi, and had
issue, at least two sons and five daughters. He died September 1941.

painter in his own right, a naturalist and environmentalist, with more
than 100 papers and articles related
to different aspects of life in Manipur to his credit, Manipur
recognised and honoured his contribution by conferring a
